To enjoy your candle safely and get the best performance, please follow these guidelines:
Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the vessel on the first burn (usually 2–3 hours). This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn throughout the life of the candle.
Trim the wick to approximately 5mm before each use. This helps maintain a steady flame and reduces soot.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Allow the candle to cool completely before relighting.
Always place on a heat-resistant surface.
Keep away from drafts, curtains and flammable materials.
Do not move the candle while lit or while wax is hot.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Discontinue use when approximately 1cm of wax remains at the bottom of the vessel.
Burn in a well-ventilated space but away from strong airflow.
For stronger fragrance, ensure a full melt pool forms before extinguishing.
