Despatch and Delivery

Please remember all of our products are handmade 

Please allow during busy periods up to 2 working days for your order to be  despatched. 

Standard delivery normally takes 3-5 working days to arrive from despatch. 

Our Express DPD next day delivery option will arrive the next working day after despatch to mainland UK.  Highlands and Ireland will incur additional fee and will arrive upto 48 hours after despatch. DPD will email or text a 2 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery.  With a further range of delivery options.

Please note that deliveries outside of the UK will incur import duties set by your own government tax system this is something we have no control over.  There may also be an admin fee applied by your local customs office. Any orders returned due to non payment of these fees will have the cost of return deducted from their refund.
