Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and return any unused items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. This excludes any custom-made or perishable products.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
- Some items, such as perishable goods or personalised products, cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at enquiries@homaroma.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:
- You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at enquiries@homaroma.co.uk.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the cost of return postage in this instance, and a full refund or replacement will be offered.
