Shipping policy

At Homaroma, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible while ensuring it arrives safely.

Processing Your Order

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • During busy periods, promotions or seasonal launches, dispatch may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days
  • Express Delivery (where selected): 1-2 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays that are outside of our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected.

From time to time we may offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders. Any current free delivery promotions will be displayed on our website.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to amend the address.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.

A parcel is not considered lost until the courier's investigation period has been completed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
