How to use

Warm a small amount between your fingertips and massage into clean, dry skin.

As part of your bedtime routine, spend a few moments slowly massaging Rest into your feet, calves and legs, or apply to other areas of the body as desired.

For an extra-indulgent evening ritual, use after a warm bath or shower.
